Requirements:
- Diploma holder in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Solid IT networking and security knowledge
- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields
- CCNP or CCNA Certificate Holder
- Capable to work under pressure with self-motivation, and able to work independently
- Good communication in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Network Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to provide/support services to clients and end users of workarounds or solving applications & systems usage, problems and/or issues
- Coordinate with and lead other support parties or IT vendors of solving the problems or issues
- Communicate with management, clients and end users on support progress and results
- Provide documentation services, e.g. maintain Support Operation Guide, IT inventory list, Problem/Issue Log, Change Request Report, etc.
- Perform IT services of hardware/software installation, configurations, PC support, backup/restore, security updates, patch management, software licenses updates, testing and UAT, etc.
Requirements:

- At least 1 year of working experience in related IT fields
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Cantonese and English speaking
- Mandarin speaking is favorable
- Overtime work will be required

About The Role:
We are looking for a Business Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our Sales Teams. You will be playing the key role in Managing corporate customers’ account; Proposing our IT Solutions to fulfill customer needs, Reporting to our Sales Director; Work closely with different business units to plan/ execute sales and business strategies and to achieve business growth and success.
In this position, you will:
- Perform Sales of a wide range of IT products, infrastructure and related IT solutions/ services to customers;
- Develop sales opportunities of technology solutions, such as AI, Data Analytics, IOT, etc.
- Convert sales opportunities for revenue growth and new business development;
- Develop and manage key corporate accounts, establish strong relation with customers
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder or above in IT, Business, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
- At least 2 year’s relevant experience in sales / IT/ telecom field;
- Experience in selling IT Infrastructure Solution sales experience is highly preferred;
- Experience in Data Analytics, Data Modeling, AI and IOT is a big plus
- Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented;
- Less experience will be also considered as Account Manager
